Diploma-Certified Psychosomatic Practitioner
A holistic approach is at the heart of psychosomatic practice. The body, mind, and emotions are closely interconnected and continuously influence one another.
Psychosomatic work focuses on two main objectives:
- To view existing physical symptoms—such as a sore throat, allergies, or other bodily reactions—from a holistic perspective and explore the emotional and subconscious patterns that may contribute to them.
- To become aware of limiting patterns and inner conflicts early on and gently transform them before they may begin to manifest on a physical level.
Psychosomatic work helps you develop a deeper awareness of the connection between your body, mind, and inner self while supporting your body's natural capacity for self-regulation.
